We collect only what we need to run the store and keep in touch with you, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are
This website is run by NUTRIX SUPPLEMENTS ("we", "us"), 1st floor, Karthikeya Complex, 32/33, DLF Main Road, opposite Smart Bazaar, Akshayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560114. We decide how your personal data is used, so we are the Data Fiduciary for it under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
When you sign up for the launch offer
- Your email address and WhatsApp number
- Your main fitness goal
- Your consent, and the date and time you gave it
When you apply to the trainer program
- Your name, gym or studio, city and WhatsApp number
- Your Instagram handle, if you give it
When you message us on WhatsApp
- Your WhatsApp number, profile name and the messages you send us
WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own privacy policy applies to how it handles your messages.
When you place an order (once the store opens)
- Your name, delivery address, phone number and email
- Your order history
- Payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment gateway; we never see or store them.
Automatically
Our hosting and security provider records basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and stop spam. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser remembers whether you chose light or dark mode; that choice stays on your device.
Why we use it
- To tell you when the store launches and send you your early-member offer
- To review trainer applications and reply to you
- To answer your questions on WhatsApp, email or phone
- To process, ship and support your orders
- To prepare your free diet and workout plan, if you ask for one
- To meet our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records
- To keep the website secure and prevent fraud
We send marketing messages only if you have agreed to them, and every message lets you opt out.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need:
- Website hosting, security and data storage
- Email and WhatsApp messaging
- Payment processing
- Courier and delivery partners
We may also disclose data when the law requires it, for example to a court or government authority.
Where it's stored and how long we keep it
Your data is stored securely with our service providers and may be processed on servers outside India, as the law permits. We keep launch-offer and trainer data until the store launches and for up to 12 months after, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- Ask us to correct, complete or update it
- Withdraw your consent at any time. This doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
- Ask us to delete your data, unless the law requires us to keep it
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to
- Raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you're not satisfied
To use any of these rights, write to info@nutrixsupplements.com. We'll reply within 30 days.
Children
This site and our products are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us their details, contact us and we'll delete them.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable service providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we'll inform you and the authorities as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we'll tell you by email or WhatsApp.
