These terms apply when you use this website or buy from us. Please read them along with our privacy, shipping and returns policies.
About us

Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. We deliver only within India.
Products
- We are an authorised dealer. Every product is sourced from the brand or its authorised distributor and sold in its original, sealed packaging.
- Product descriptions, images and nutritional information come from the brands. Packaging can change between batches. The label on the product you receive is the final reference.
- Each product page shows the batch number and best-before date of the stock we're shipping.
Health and safety
- Supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
- Read the label and use products as directed. Don't exceed the recommended serving.
- Talk to a doctor before using supplements if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, take medication, or are preparing for a tested sport.
- Our free diet and workout plans are general fitness guidance, not medical advice or a treatment plan.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
- All orders are prepaid through our secure payment gateway. We don't offer cash on delivery.
- We try to keep every price accurate. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation message. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is out of stock, the price was listed in error, we can't deliver to your address, or we suspect fraud.
Discount codes and trainer codes
Discount codes, including codes shared by trainers in our trainer program, can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined unless we say so, and may have an expiry date or a minimum order value. We may withdraw a code that is misused. The trainer program itself has separate terms that we share with approved trainers.
Using this website
- Don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break its security, scraping it, or submitting false information.
- The Nutrix name, logo and the content on this site belong to us. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the products we sell.
Our responsibility
We're responsible for delivering genuine products as described and for the remedies in our returns and refunds policy. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses or for results from using a product that differ from what you expected. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
